Journaling Exercise #2

THINK ABOUT HOW YOU'RE FAMILY CAN HELP

To remind family members of your weight-loss goals, literally post a "closed" sign in the doorway of your kitchen. It will remind you that you are done eating for the day. Whare some other ideas for gently reinforcing to others what you're trying to achieve?

for me it was as simple as WORDS.

words that motivated me and reminded my husband what my goals were as well!

Maybe I should try that... posting them in different areas. I'm going to do that Monday when I get back from camping.
