Ham & Onion Bow-Ties

- 2 oz whole wheat bow-tie pasta
- 2 1/2 oz diced lean cooked ham
- 1 tbsp minced red onion
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp apple-cider vinegar

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water; transfer to bowl. Add ham, onion, relish, mayonnaise, and vinegar; toss to combine.

I'm not much of a ham eater, but might try it... sounds easy to make.
