2 Points Per Serving
Sweet indulgence! These taste like heaven, like you are cheating big time and yet there is very little fat in them and not a whole lot of calories. Not bad at all - in fact they are worth saving a few extra calories through the day just to have one for dessert!
4 egg whites whipped
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1 cup marshmallow creme
Preheat oven at 325ยบ. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, cocoa/carob powder, salt, and flour. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow creme. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Bake for 18 minutes.
