1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 each powdered egg substitute
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tablespoon coconut extract
1/2 tablespoon almond extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Warm extracts. Blend in peanut butter. Add tsp. water, if necessary to make smooth. In a separate container, wisk up egg substitute. Wisk in applesauce, and then peanut butter mixture. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add liquid mixture and wisk/stir. Pour into 8 x 8 pan that has been sprayed and floured. Bake at 350 ยบ. F., for 35 to 40 minutes.
