- 2 tsp canola oil
- 3 oz cubed lean sirloin
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Heat canola oil in a nonstick skillet. Add sirloin; stir-fry 1 minute. Add broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, hoisin and soy sauces. Top with 1 tsp sesame seeds.
